Never Miss a Post!

Polka Dot Boo Lollipops

October 30, 2012 By Lynlee

I can’t believe Halloween is tomorrow!!! My daughter, Anabelle, is so excited and has been counting down the days! Her school’s PTO was selling Halloween grams with suckers that you could purchase and send to friends or teachers, but when we went to purchase ours, they were sold out! So, we decided to make our own with a well-known craft. You can make these little ghost lollipops with different materials, such as tissue, napkins, etc., but we decided to utilize fabric and found this adorable polka dot print at Hobby Lobby. With the addition of some “googly” eyes and a simple tag, we created these fancy little vintage-looking ghosts! Anabelle was super excited to deliver them to all her classmates today and suggested they could even use them for their own photo shoots! I mean, doesn’t everyone have regular shoots?!

Hope your Halloween is safe, sweet and just a little spooky!!!

Merci Beaucoup!

Hi, adorable, what size did you cut the fabric to? Any idea how many per yard?

Thanks, Cristina! From what I recall, I cut squares that were approximately 7 inches, so you can fit around 5 horizontally and the remainder would depend on the width of your fabric. Hope this helps! 🙂

Bienvenue!
