Monsters University!

Who’s ready for the release of the new Dis­ney Pixar movie “Mon­sters Uni­ver­si­ty” next Fri­day 6/21?! We are huge fans of Mike and Sul­ly from the orig­i­nal 2001 “Mon­sters Inc.” film in our house­hold, which also hap­pens to be one of my daugh­ter’s favorite rides at Dis­ney’s Cal­i­for­nia Adven­ture! Nat­u­ral­ly, we are super excit­ed for the pre­quel, recount­ing the mon­sters’ col­lege expe­ri­ence. And those of you who are famil­iar with my obses­sion with all things 80’s {like my “Grow­ing Up 80’s” par­ty last year} would not be sur­prised that I caught the icon­ic 80’s col­lege movie ref­er­ences in the pre­views! 😉 I just had to take a small time-out from book-writ­ing to cre­ate this Mike Wazows­ki fon­dant top­per for the occa­sion. Our lev­el of excite­ment is just a tad high­er than Mike’s… LOL! ♥
